Ignite Mentoring Programs
These programs are designed for those who want to improve their business and desire accountability and mentoring in the process. They are particularly suited to those who:
1. Are ‘under the pump’ and would prefer briefer check in points due to time issues
2. Have lost their way and need to re-focus on the key areas that will bring the most amount of change in the shortest amount of time
3. Desire more of a self paced program with high accountability
4. Need a lower price point than the more intense consulting
Some of the areas that business owners benefit from in these programs are:

We act as the sounding board and accountability partner that many business owners lack.
The Ignite Mentoring - Coaching Programs are for six months and are designed to be more self paced. You will have unrestricted access to your consultant with the majority of communication being by phone, fax, email, skype etc with frequency of communication completely up to you. One on one meetings can take place when jointly convenient.
All fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable.
Option One - Mentoring
We begin by gaining an overview of your business, discussing what you want to achieve in the six months of working with me. This will primarily incorporate where you want to go, where you are now and your major current obstacles and challenges. We will then set some major focal points for the mentoring process and decide whether the program suits both of us.
The program features all of the benefits and guidelines listed in the general program details with the investment for the six months being $3500.00 +GST
This program can be put on hold for periods of time if required but must be completed within a 12 month time frame.
Option Two - Targeted
The Targeted Program is more targeted and specific in nature. Ideal for this program are those who have a sense of urgency in the fulfilment of certain goals and bringing change to their business. It is a more focused option, providing direction and accountability for specific achievement of business and personal objectives.
At the outset
- We list the major goals and objectives you want to achieve over the following six months;
- Document these goals with corresponding strategies and time frames for their achievement;
- Ensure that the objectives lie within the realm of given time frames and where appropriate, are aligned to your highest values, giving you a better chance of achievement.
In addition to the standard program features, the Targeted option will also have regular check in times to assist you in keeping focused and on track.
Your investment into this program is $5900.00+GST
This program must be completed within the 6 month time frame given its targeted and deadline driven nature.
Option Three – Personalised
This option includes both the Mentoring and Targeted options but has in addition two days set aside for face to face time at my office (including a less intense time over dinner). These two days (ideally one at the start and the other half way through the program) are designed to focus directly on your business and can include another key contributor. These days typically include specific goal setting and identifying obstacles to getting there, drafting of plans and objectives, business planning, cashflow and financial discussions, marketing and sales strategy and implementation. We seek to identify (particularly on the first day) the key things that will bring the most amount of change in the shortest amount of time. Some business owners desire to punch through to the next level, others want to consolidate their gains and get some order happening from their current level of chaos.
Again this program is tailored to your needs but in a more detailed and personal way.
The investment for this program is $9500.00 +GST
