Ray Hodge is an accredited DiSC trainer and has worked with individuals, companies and organisations to help people understand themselves, the people they work with and how their behaviour best works with their particular role. It is also particularly useful in sales and for managers in assisting to better fit the right person to the right role. As Wikipedia so aptly states, "DISC is a quadrant behavioural model …to examine the behaviour of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation (otherwise known as environment). It therefore focuses on the styles and preferences of such behaviour.”
